Our philosophy is, and has always been, to provide quality solutions to ensure continuity. Our dedicated team of hardware and software support staff does everything, we do not sub-contract any of our operations. Our support contracts guarantee an 8 (working) hour reponse, but we average 4 hours, and currently we reach 90% of our customers during this 4 hour window.
We will utilize a sophisticated computerized work control system which records all callouts. This information is then immediately relayed to the engineers so that the customer experiences the minimum amount of downtime.
